By engaging JBMR Construction Company Private Limited ("JBMR") for construction or related services, you agree to these terms.
JBMR provides construction, turnkey, interior fit-out, infrastructure and structural fabrication services. The scope of each project is defined in the written project agreement.
Fees are agreed in writing before commencement of services. Standard payment terms are: 30% on appointment, 40% on completion of design, 30% on completion of working drawings. Fees for additional services beyond the agreed scope will be negotiated separately.
Drawings, specifications and other project materials remain subject to the rights and permissions set out in the written project agreement.
The Firm's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service causing the issue. We are not liable for consequential losses, delays caused by third parties, unforeseen site conditions or changes in regulatory requirements.
The responsibilities of JBMR and the client, including site coordination, procurement and payment responsibilities, are defined in the written project agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
